Last Thursday

Thursday was Storytime at the Gordon-Nash, and our volunteer extraordinaire Brandie was reading to participants about Christmas trees! Then the children decorated their own paper tree to take home and display.
Pompoms, stickers, jewels, stars...such festive Christmas trees! Big thanks to Brandie for a job well done!
Thursday was also Share-a-thon day at the state's Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference, and I was here (with my friend Miss Blessing), telling attendees about our STEM Saturday sessions! People played with conductive playdough and made LEDs light up, like we did, and they made some sturdy structures with marshmallows and sticks! Even though they were grown-ups, I think they had STEM fun - just like we do!
